Shout Out 2 my man Dominique The Actor, (Get familiar). I know he would appreciate this....45 Minutes well spent.
"On this special hour-long Embedded, Mos Def takes us on an all access seven-day tour of Japan while he performs his new album "The Ecstatic" to packed venues in Tokyo and Osaka. During that week, he hits up the Harajuku fashion district, whoops it up at a sumo wrestling match, and gets a personal tour of the Tokyo Giants stadium from his friend and baseball phenom Mark Kroon. Then, he brilliantly ties it all together by divulging the history of great thinkers known as "ecstatics," showing that he is clearly one of the most insightful men in hip-hop."

Remember Charles Hamilton?...I'll wait..., its ok if you don't.
He was just one of the many forgotten faces of XXL's Freshman of 08 cover.
He was one of the lucky ones to go as far as getting a major deal over at the house that Shady built (interscope).
But even Mr. Hamilton, creator of such gems as Brooklyn Girl, Loser, Air Conditioner, and Mr.Perfect to name a few, proved he wasn't even close to the latter.
I always respected him for his love of the art that he showed in his early work.
Some complained he released too much material to fast,
Some say he became a part of the industry machine by doing things like stirring up feuds with labelmate SouljaBoy in the same vein as other labelmate 50cent,
He even upset a great deal of Dilla fans (R.I.P.) and
Still others say he wash trash from the start.
Whatever your opinion on the guy, he was recently given the "pink" slip by Jimmy I. n them.
      Keep your head up Charles...
So without anymore wait heres the now indefinitely shelved major label Debut by Charles Hamilton called
      "This Perfect Life"...Quotes intended ...ironic?
